That's why Lentiamo's team of experts pulls out all the stops to make your shopping experience easier and safer than ever.

Discover various payment options available for your purchases on our website. You can conveniently use major international credit or debit cards such as VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express etc.

If you prefer alternative payment methods, we also offer PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

In most cases, we will send your parcel on the day you place your order. You will see the estimated shipping date after you have selected the parameters of the desired product. This allows you to easily forecast the arrival of your parcel.

We deliver to EU countries only. When shipping to an address outside Ireland, shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination country, and will be shown when you checkout. Please note that international delivery times may be longer than usual and depend on the local postal services.

AnPost

When making an order and choosing delivery by AnPost before 12:45 p.m., the parcel will be delivered to the customer within 2–4 working days. For orders placed after 12:45 p.m., add a business day to the estimated delivery time.

If the first delivery attempt fails, the customer has to arrange redelivery. If the customer will not be home twice, AnPost will take the parcel to the nearest post office, where it will be kept for 5 days.


DHL Express / Pick-up Points

When making an order and choosing delivery by DHL before 12:15 pm, the parcel will be delivered to the customer within 1–2 working days. It is possible to choose between the delivery to the address or a DHL Express pick-up point.

You can easily pick up your parcel at a DHL Express Service Point! You can choose the parcel pick-up location that suits you best.


In keeping with our environmental policy, we aim to keep the packaging to a minimum. This means we avoid splitting orders and we will only dispatch products when the whole order is ready. However, orders with multiple items can be split at no extra postage cost upon request.

We carefully pack contact lenses, eyeglasses, sunglasses, solutions, and all other products. We use strong envelopes, bubble protection, or specially reinforced boxes. These methods minimise as far as possible the risk of damage of goods during transport.
 

ATTENTION! We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL Express or suppliers. Do not hesitate to contact us, we are always glad to help you and find the best solution.

Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland might take longer and incur additional postage fees.

Please note that for the moment we do NOT deliver to the Canary Islands, Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, and the Channel Islands. We also do not provide international delivery to the United States. 


Payment information

At Lentiamo, you can choose to securely pay for your order with a credit card, debit card, PayPal or through Klarna

Credit or debit card

In the case of paying by credit card, after completing the order, you will be directed to the standard payment gateway with 3D Secure VISA / MC, where you will be asked to enter your card details. Payment information will be entered directly into the secure payment system; the data transfer from your computer will be protected by an encryption algorithm that guarantees security (encryption). The system will ask you to enter the following data :

  • Credit Card Number
  • credit card expiration date
  • CVV2/CVC2 – the last three digits after the signature strip on your credit card
  • a security code which, if provided by your bank, will be sent to you via SMS

PayPal

PayPal

 

If you use PayPal's online payment gateway, the money will be transferred immediately from your PayPal account to ours.

Apple Pay

Apply Pay is only available using the Safari browser. If you choose this payment method, don't forget to check that the address stored on your app is correct and up-to-date. Our system will automatically extract your address from Apple Pay to determine where to deliver your order.

Klarna

Paying by Klarna is ideal if you want to order today, but pay later. Invoices are sent the moment we dispatch your order. From then, you have 30 days to pay your invoice. If you choose to pay through Klarna, Klarna's terms of payment apply. When paying through Klarna, it is recommended to state the registration address as the delivery address to ensure that Klarna accepts the purchase, and the accounting address as the invoice address, as Klarna provides assistance in cases where the package is misplaced during delivery.
 

Klarna offers three payment methods:

  • Pay in 3 instalments without interest: Klarna allows you to split the amount of your purchase into 3 monthly instalments without interest. The first instalment will be debited as soon as the shipment starts, the second and third after 30 and 60 days respectively.
  • Pay later without interest: no advance payment is required. The full amount will be charged to your card, linked to your Klarna account, 30 days after your order has been shipped.
  • Pay now. Fast and secure: You can save your bank and credit card details on Klarna, so you can pay for your order immediately and automatically. Without interest or commission.

    Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Late fees may apply. Ts&Cs apply.

Invoicing

We care about the environment and work as sustainably as possible.
To reduce paper wastage, we send invoices attached to emails, rather than in print. If you need a paper copy of your invoice, please print out your PDF attachment, or just let us know.
